We are looking forward to welcoming you to our concert to enjoy the delights of Handel's Messiah - the Nation's most popular choral work.
We will be joined by The Bellot Ensemble a dynamic period instrument group known for their energetic performances. From October 2025 the group begins a two year term as the New Generation Baroque Ensemble. This is a prestigious development scheme led by BBC Radio Three, the Royal College of Music and the National Centre for Early Music. The programme supports emerging UK based Baroque groups. The Bellot Ensemble has also been selected for the Britten Pears Young Artist Programme 2025-26 Read more about them at www.bellotensemble.com Our soloists will be Rebecca Leggett; Gillian Ramm; Paul Austin Kelly and Andrew Davies. Musical Director Nicholas Houghton The doors open at 6.15pm. The concert will start at 7.oopm. Refreshments will be sold from 6.15pm until 7.00pm and again during the interval. There will be an interval of 25mins. Disabled access is via the stage door in Knoyle Road. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
